The cut-off date to book a room at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club expired, however we have a limited number of rooms on hold. If you need a hotel room, please email your arrival and departure dates to Miriam Adams at madams@lincolnhc.com.

Please note that we have a limited number of rooms available on a first come, first served basis. After rooms are allocated, we will implement a waitlist.

We have not contracted with any organization or hotel/housing management company to handle conference hotel reservations. Nor have we shared any of your information with any external company. Any contact you may receive implying so is fraudulent and a travel scam. Please reserve your room directly through the hotel.

Arrive Early

We encourage traveling on Sunday to guarantee you're well rested for a full day of can't-miss activities on Monday.

Pack for Anything

Temperatures can dip into the low 60s at night. We'll be prepared with heaters, blankets and pashminas, and recommend packing a light jacket.

Reserve Your Room Now

Hotel availability is expected to sell out before the deadline. Reserve your hotel as soon as possible to ensure you stay at the Waldorf - the center of the action.
